I've connected my computer to the router via ethernet and the router is connected to the modem with a wan cable. i cant access the web gui (192.168.1.1) and the cd isnt working either. when troubleshooting through windows, it says
Local Area Connection" doesn't have a valid IP configuration
when i run the installlation through cd, it says unable to detect wired connection
however, my router is lighting up the ethernet port that my computer is connected to, i dont know why im getting this problem
please help! thanks
