The Sapphire website shows the Requirement for HD7950 3GB Vapor-X as -
2X150 Watt 8-pin PCI Express power connector.

Will Corsair TX650 V2 650W or Seasonic S12II 620 W be compatible with the GPU?
Which would be better?
Price in India -
Seasonic S12II 620 W - 5500 INR
Corsair TX650 V2 650W - 6300 INR

Config -
FX 8350
Asrock 990FX Extreme 4
1 x 8 GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz
1 TB Seagate Barracuda 7200 rpm
Corsair 300R

Both have enough watts, enough amps on the +12v rail and are both from great brands, so I'd just go for the Seasonic one, as it's cheaper.

The Seasonic has one 6 pin and one 6+2 pin, whereas the Corsair has two 6+2 pin. I guess you'll have to go with the Corsair.
