Ok guys I am wondering if I should overclock with this particular build... it seems that my bios/uefi on the Asrock motherboard has 1 click overclocking... question is should I? I mean lets say I just wanna overclock to 4.0ghz... Opionions? What kind of damage could I do doing the 1 click ... I mean it looks as if it know what I would be safe doing... it has 5 different settings and 2 of them are in red it seems that it is telling me don't even try those.

Solution
The ASUS UEFI one click "Performance" mode isn't too bad for low end OC. I wouldn't suggest for anything over 4.2/3 - want to go manual for that as it requires volt adjust and UEFI is known for overvolting scenarios - so things get hotter than they need to on auto at those speeds
