which cpu cooler for overclocking i5-3570k ?

How far do you want to oc? That will make a difference - so I can't really give a solid backing without knowing that
I can tell you this though, X6 out performs dark rock in most screanrios. BUT - for the price of those 2, why not get FAR better cooling performance from Thermalright Silver Arrow or Phantek PH-TC14PE (comes in 3 color version) or a Noctua DH14? they are all around the same price and the last 3 i listed are considerably better performers
