I am replacing an old computer, and I want to make sure this new one will play most games. I live in the US, and my budget is $1000 - $1100. Below is what I have come up with so far. Any advice you can give is appreciated.

I have a question. It cost $67 to go from the i5-4430 to the i5-4670K w/cooler. I went this route as the i5-4670K can be overclocked. Is the increase in performance worth $67 or is this overkill?
P.S. - I know the HAF 912 does not have a front USB 3.0 (but it will work in the back). I also do not live near a Microcenter.
