Will these RAM fit with a Cooler Master 212 evo CPU fan?

And my CPU will be a i5-4670K

it won't. you need low profile memory.
You can also get rid of the memory coolers, but careful not to damage them

The thing is I can get the RAM for like 50 bucks, used, but still. I need a cheap gaming rig so, sacrifices must be made.
Any other coolers i can get that'll fit?

Hey, for that price, I would buy it and make the cooler fit (Hyper212 fan can fit, just need to be moved up a bit) or buy it and remove the heat spreaders. You can't buy 16GB of ram for that price anymore, and price DOES MATTER, you know.

The EVO will be perfectly fine, the fan is adjustable as far as height, I run Tridents under an EVO on one rig, and Ripjaws X under it on my other main rig - so that's no problem

They will, the Tridents have some of the tallest heatsinks out there, and on my Z77 just raised the fan about 1/4 inch, still keeps my 3570K nice and cool at 4.7 24/7, moving the sticks wasn't an option as I'm fully populated w/ 32GB
