Quick CPU cooling question

Ok so I am interested in an AMD FX-6300 processor. Am I required to get a CPU cooling component (Coolmaster EVO or such) or does the processor come boxed with its own CPU fan? If I am required to get such cooling component do I also require thermal paste?

It comes with it's own cooler and thermal paste has already been applied. You should get your own cooler if you ever plan to over clock, otherwise you should be fine.

The FX stock coolers are very poor and get noisy over time, I would replace it , I should know I've owned 3 of them.

I've owned two of them I should know too. My fx 6100 stock cooler works good and it's still completely silent, my fx 8320 cooler worked okay but it was extremely loud so I replaced it. There's a video on newegg about Vishera CPU's, and the AMD expert says the 4300 and 6300 have good stock coolers but the 8 core models don't.
