I am having internet connectivity issues on my PC. When I run a speed test my d/l speed is fine, but there is no upload speed at all. My wireless devices are having no issues with upload or download. A few weeks ago my internet went down after lightning in the area and my ethernet port on my PC was shot. I purchased a USB ethernet adaptor which I am using and encountering the current problem.

if it fried your ethernet port, whatever your network cable was hooked up to (your modem and/or router) is most likely fried as well. If you aren't hooked directly to the modem, try doing that and re-running the test. If the modem gives the same results, get ahold of your internet provider.
