Monitor turning off computer still runing

My monitor turns off, Computer still running
My video card is a Geforce Gt 545 3 Gb
Intel core i5-2320 cpu @ 3.00GHz
8 Gb of ram
64 bit.
I already Checked the power options and i cant leave it on because, If my screen turns off i cant control my pc anymore and im forced to turn it off

This happens mostly when i play games, but it now turns off sometimes when im watching a video on youtube

I already tried to clean the dust in my computer i cleaned everything i could reach
im afraid to take unscrew my fan and clean it better because i dont want to brake it

How long before you monitor turns off?
My experience has taught me that your monitor is starting to fail. Borrow a monitor from a friend and see if you get the same results. If it stays stable, monitor replacement time.

I have 2 monitor's and if my main monitor turns off, then my second monitor turns off also, so i dont think its the monitor, My monitor turns off if i play a game, an example yesterday i tried to play garrys mod i was in a skype call with my friends we were playing for 10 minutes then my monitor became black and i tried talking to them but i think the skype call ended or something, it is really weird :S
