It is a questionable CPU cooler with mixed reviews and overall less performance than the Hyper 212 EVO, I would get the trusted Hyper 212 EVO. Both should fit in your NZXT M59 case.

Should I use rubbing alcohol to remove my old thermal paste from the CPU? Sorry about the constant questions just new to using aftermarket heatsinks.

I would use 99% Isopropyl Alcohol or ArticClean to remove the Thermal paste.

Say I put a dab of new thermal paste over the old thermal paste would that work? I know these are crazy ideas I am just afraid of screwing up the mobo or the CPU with the remover.

70% is a little too short. Simply get 99% isopropyl alcohol from basically anywhere and rub it on to the IHS of your CPU with a cloth. Then you can begin mounting the CPU cooler...
