Hello, I plan on overclocking my AMD FX-8350 and since AMD tend to be hotter, I was wondering what would be some good CPUs cooler. Fan or liquid, I don't mind. As long as they don't make alot of noise and work well! Also, please add more than just one, since they might not be avalable from the place buy them (ncix.ca). Thanks alot!

Solution
Top End Quiet Air:
Noctua NH-U14S http://ncix.ca/products/?sku=82802
Phantek PH-TC14PE (comes in black, red or blue versions) http://ncix.ca/products/?sku=73200

These are you best quiet and powerful options. Anything less will be noisier and/or less effective. You didn't really say if you had a budget for the cooling. These air coolers will outperform ANY closed loop liquid AIO. The only thing that can out perform these and match it's quiet is a full custom CPU liquid loop, which start at about 300usd to build. (This coming from a watercool nut :) ) If you want to see reviews of these and other high end air coolers: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-heat-sink-haswell,3554.html Yes it's a Haswell review, but Haswell runs...

Well I didn't thought of buying a cooler at 89$... but maybe something near the 50s$? :p

For that budget - forget any liquid use for overclock - ain't gonna happen.

best I'd recommend for max cooling for OC capability in $50 or less:
http://ncix.ca/products/?sku=52960&vpn=HDT%2DD1284&manufacture=Xigmatek
http://ncix.ca/products/?sku=77924&vpn=NT01%2DPRO&manufacture=Silverstone%20Technology

or Hyper 212 and replace the fans with better quality quieter more powerful Noctua fans for about $60 total
