Just got my Cooler Master SickleFlow in the mail today. It seems that when you have the lights facing the inside of the tower (so that inside of tower is the brightest) is when the fan is producing the least amount of airflow inside the tower (most of the airflow is shot directly out of the back of the tower). Then again when the lights are pointed out of the tower is when there is the most air being shot into the tower. Does this seem like an odd design to anyone else?

Solution
You don't position a fan by its light brilliance, you position it according to the direction of the air flow. Somewhere on the edge of the fan there should be 2 arrows. one for direction of air flow, and one for direction of rotation.

Most fans are designed so the brightest light is on the side the air enters. The reason: most lighted fans are mounted as intake. If you want lights inside the PC, it's best to add them as separate from lighted fans. Or you could look for fans that are clear plastic instead of black, they tend to produce more light in both directions.
