Could you post a screenshot?
Because by your description, I really have no idea of what it is.
Maybe it's a driver's problem?Download the latest ones, check again. Compatibility problem?

Use a point-and-shoot camera, or your smartphone, if you have one?

i took a picture with my iphone, but you could still barely see the lines. After doing some research, I am led to think that it is the psu. It is a shame, considering I just purchased a new one. My psu is 500w, and the minimum requirement for the gpu is 500w. should i purchase a more powerful one?

Post your rig's specs bro. And by the way, I don't see how the PSU may be the one causing the problem. Texture glitching is usually caused by the VGA and Software problems.

Not likely to. And may I ask something?
What does this ''line'' look like? Does it feel cel-shaded?

I don't know if you're willing to do this, but can you record it? For like 10secs? Maybe I've seen it before. I've dealt with lots of problems, like texture and water glitching, screen tearing, shader glitching, etc.

Could be with both, but with a recording software would be better, looks sharper. See if the drivers fix it.

reinstalling the driver did not fix it. I will try a different driver and i will record it. also, I recorded it, and the lines still did not show. Il try to describe it. There are multiple lines running across the screen in the background when the screen is dark. They blend in with the background, almost as if the background is getting warped.

Hey dude, check this thread:

no, not at all. Its all in the background and the lines blend in, they are not white
Also, I do not have vision engine anymore, for some reason it got replaced by ccc again. Might be because of the video card. I also think that my pc still thinks that the integrated graphics are being used, so it is preventing me from using the auto detect, which says the drivers are already installed, which they arnt on the video card. i am completly uninstalling all video drivers, then just installing one.
Also, this is not just in mineraft, so looking on minecraft forums might not help

From what I have researched, It seems that anti-aliasing is being forced. My only problem is I dont know how to make it not be.

Have you checked the game options? If it doesn't work try messing with the game's .INI files or something like that.
