I recently purchased a Radeon HD 6570 for my pc a few weeks ago, and when I put in the disc to install the drivers it said XFX device not detected. I have the display plugged in. My specs are-

M2N78-LA (Violet)

AMD Athlon II X4 620
show
Processor upgrade information

6 GB

Integrated graphics using nVidia GeForce 9100

Integrated Realtek ALC888S Audio
Networking

640 GB
CD/DVD disc drive

Power Supply
300W

I am WELL aware my wattage is below the reccomendations, but I am doubtful that this is the problem. I'm running windows 7 64 bit. Thanks.

Solution
Don't bother with the disc, that driver was probably outdated the day after they printed it. Go to AMD's website and download the latest driver.

If you have compatibility issues due to the nVidia drivers you will have to uninstall them, run ccleaner (free program you can get on the internet), then install the Radeon drivers (which you should download before uninstalling the nVidia drivers).
