Hello,
I'll be doing my first build soon and would like suggestions for my first build. The only part I have decided on is the case, which will be this one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146075
I'll be playing the following games @ 1440x900:
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
Various source games (CSS,GMOD etc.)
Minecraft
GTA IV
I'd like to be able to max out all of those games at my native 1440x900 resolution, maintaining a constant 60 FPS. I'd also like to be able to maintain a solid 60 FPS in Battlefield 3 on medium settings with the same resolution.
I want the processor for this build to at least be on par with my current mobile i5, CPU.

I also need this build to do a decent amount of multitasking, a usual day for me consists of One game running, streaming music/video, a decent amount of chrome tabs.
Hopefully I can get some good recommendations, thanks in advance!
Oh, a few things:
-No plans for overclocking
-No plans for SLI/CFX
-Will be using a maximum of two HDD's
