Persistent BSODs (new build, second re-install, still BSOD...)

I've been troulbeshooting this for about two weeks to no avail. I built a new system (mostly) from scratch using my 1-year old video card (Radeon 6750) with a Gigabyte motherboard and Intel i5 chip.

After trying every bit of troubleshooting I could manage with my last install, I gave up, wiped the box (installed a SSHD), and made a fresh install with a different CD (the previous install had been using a Win7 SP0 and had trouble with updates, this one was SP1 and had no trouble whatsoever.

Until now that I have it up and running and it's bluescreening. (Once after 1 minute in a game, the other while copying files between my HDs.). I need some help identifying the problem. Hardware-wise my suspects are the HD and the Video card. (Memory seems fine, ran 9-rounds of Memtest with no problems).

The dmps are here:

Really at the end of my rope on what I need to fix this.

We need the Error code that showed up after the BSOD. After windows restarts it should show a window that says "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" Otherwise from what I am reading the problem is probably your GPU.

Do you have internal graphics, if you do take out your old graphics card and use the internal and see if the problem continues. If you don't you will need another known working GPU to test with.
