You can get drivers either from www.gateway.com or www.intel.com
If you can't get the drivers to work, you either downloaded it for the wrong model, wrong operating system or the hardware is broken. So check to make sure you have the right drivers. Also check Device Manager to make sure nothing else is not working. If you don't have the motherboard drivers, the sound ones may not work.

Then it's for the wrong model or the wrong operating system or you are not installing them properly. What exactly did you download, for what model computer and what messages do you get?
