Hello, I am asking you guys to list parts for a budget build. I tried making one myself but I feel like I couldn't choose good parts that were not expensive. And when I did choose good parts I felt like I was wasting my money and exceeding what I really need. I will be playing games like minecraft and counter strike, definitely won't be playing games like bf4, I will be doing that on a ps4. So what I am asking you guys is to list the parts for the cheapest computer, preferably around $550-$600, that can run minecraft and counter strike at "max settings" at a decent amount of frames above 60 because I have a 120mhz monitor and will be using mods that you guys wont take into account when making the list, so just make sure the build can go over 60 fps (and at least 500gb hard drive because I will be also using this for school) thankyou.

fairly hard to make a partlist based on your description. my friend has a GTX 560 OC, and he gets well over 200fps running 95 mods. so you dont need a new, high end gpu to play minecraft. what parts do you have already?

there is the link to the current system, excluding an OS
if you did decide to play BF4 on pc instead, this system should run it on medium high too

I have a microcenter about 5 minutes from where I live luckily. Can you pick a cpu/mobo combo that is cheap and will fit my needs from here. They have the cpu you listed, just want you to check if I can get a better deal like on a fx 6300 or something.

thats a good point, but a intel quad core is well out of the price range, and the FX quad cores have dismal performance, since minecraft is actually fairly CPU intensive with a lot of mods. i suppose OP could swap the a10 for a i3, but it will mean a drop in performance

i saw that too, just remembered. i have changed the part in the list to a 6670, which will still give over 60fps easily. MC uses a lot of CPU when you have mods, which i have experienced trying to run 80 mods on my dual core 1.9ghz laptop
