Yes, the memory will work fine. The QVL on the board's site is just the memory they were able to test in the time they had before putting the board to market. Most folks seldom go by the QVL, anyway. But I will say this... if you (1) plan on populating all 4 slots with the fastest available RAM and (2) plan on O/C'ing the memory to the extreme, it may be best to go with a manufacturer's tested selection in that case. But in your case, it is fine.

Thank you for your recommendation. I have another question. That Kingston memory was 1333 memory, how much quicker would 1600 memory, of the same make model Etc be?

It would be 267MHZ faster. lol
Seriously, you probably wouldn't see the difference. But most folks like to buy the fastest memory the MB will accept so that they can O/C it. And the Sandy Bridge memory controller handles 1600MHZ w/o overclocking it. Another thing to remember; always buy dual channel memory in matched pairs. The timings are critical when in dual channel mode.
