Can the hp envy h8 1534 support the AMD FX 8350 or any intel core i7 processors?

It does not seem to support the 8350.
All Intel cpus are off the table with an AMD board.

Proceed with caution, but you should only need a BIOS update to run an FX-8350 aka "Vishera". If you poke around HP's support site you will notice many machines with the angelica2 mainboard (same as yours) which are running the 8350 processors. I myself have an H8-1223 with the angelica2 that came with an 8150 and now has an 8350 happily purring under the hood.
