I am trying to choose which card would be better for 1080p games such as BF3, Crysis 3, etc. I will also be overclocking both cards. And one last note is I will have an i7-3770k so there shouldn't be any bottlenecks.

Take your pick, you probably can't tell the performance difference without a benchmark.
AMD cards seem to do better in fps benchmarks, but Nvidia seems to do better at avoiding stuttering.
I happen to prefer the direct exhaust blower type coolers of the EVGA unit; they get heat directly out of your case.
Fan type coolers dump the heat into your case.

both can beat the other in different situations. generally the 670 works better in games that require alot of shaders and require less memory speed/bus size(BF3 for example) while the 7950 excels on potential clock output, and a larger vram/bus so heavy memory speed requirement games(games for instance that use SMAA or high amounts of MSAA or games that use alot of Vram) will work better on the 7950.

both regardless are still solid cards
