Your cooler is ok for a conservative overclock.
The 4770K is very capable even at stock, so a .1 or.2 improvement with a top cooler like a noctua nhd14 or phanteks may not be worth it to you.

The psu is a good one, but you really only need about a 575w unit for a GTX770. 650w would be fine, I like to overprovision a bit.
