I am a new builder and recently bought parts to build a PC. However, I am stuck at this last step which has to do with my graphics cards.

My motherboard shows A2 in Dr. Debugger.

I have tried booting with both graphics cards, no POST.
With one graphics card (tried both), no POST.
Without the graphics cards, POST.
Since my PC works fine with the onboard graphics, I have deduced that it is my graphics cards problem.
I have connected my graphics cards to my power supply unit which is a Corsair HX750, so it is not my power supply unit's problem.
Their fans spin fine when connected.
Please note that my PC does not have any OS yet.
In the bios the PCIe slots are favored over the onboard graphics.
I am out of ideas. I don't have any other PCs to test my graphics cards with, and returning them is not an option.

My computer specifcations:
MB: ASRock Z77 Extreme6
PSU: Corsair HX750
GFX: NVidia GTX 680 x2
CPU: Intel i7 3770k

If both cards are new, it would be highly unlikely to be the card(s). One card maybe, but both being bad is not something I'd expect. I would have to assume the board is defective. At least in regard to the PCIeX16 slots. When you tried a single card, did you try both slots; PCIe2 and PCIe4?

I've tried both cards in both slots and still no good. My motherboard is also new.

How do i check my cables supplying voltage? Also, would my problem have anything to do with connecting my monitor to my motherboard instead of my GPU?
