Hmmm... interesting. First I've heard of that. Apparently a problem with the Realtek onboard sound chip and shielding? I don't suppose you have a discrete sound card you can use for a test. do you? Disable the onboard sound and try the discrete card. Either way, I would have to return the board if it were mine.

nope just using the onboard chip. But returning it would be a complete pain on my end.

i just remapped the binary apparently its just that specific jack and now there's no noise.
