Q-Code 99 Help!

Hi Guys, I keep getting the Q-Code 99 for some reason! It just wont post! Please help. This is my build.

-8350
-Crosshair V Formula Z
- Asus 7870 Ghz
1 Tb 7200 32 or 64 mb x2
-A very old HDD I salvaged
-Raidmax 100ae PSU

I have tried reseting. I have corsair Vengance * gbs 1866, 2x4, Latest drivers and bios well I mean I CANT POST LOL AND NOR CANI INSTALL. Hehe

Unplug this "very old HDD I salvaged" from the board and see if you get a POST display. Without a BOOT device connected the board should at least get into UEFI. If that does not help the issue lies somewhere else.

I tried without HDD and tried one stick Im getting a nrew mobo
