How many watts would I need on a power supply for this following build:

Intel CPU Core i7 3770K Ivy Bridge 8MB Cache (up to 3.9GHz) LGA 1155 BX80637I73770K Quad-Core Processor

Asus P8Z77-V Intel Mainboard - LGA 1155

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM 32MB SATA2

Plextor 128GB M5S SSD

Pioneer DVD/CD Burner (DVR-220LBKS)

Corsair 8GB (2x 4GB) DDR3 2000MHz CL 9 DDR3 XMS3

Asus nVidia GTX 670 4GB DCII

Cooler Master 212 EVO CPU Cooler

Anything wrong in this build? I'm new to building computers.

750w will be an overkill. If u plan to add other devices in future such as a SLi 670, go for the psu just to be a bit future safe otherwise a 500w will be plenty for this configuration.
