i bought Gigabyte GeForce GT 620 1GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 DVI-I/D-SUB/HDMI Low Profile Graphics Card GV-N620D3-1GL graphics card and im curious if it is compatible with my mother board NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI LT Motherboard

Yes, it is compatible but be reminded that your motherboard have PCI-E version 1.0 and the graphic card have version 2.0 so, even though the card works, it might not work up to it's full potential if there is bottleneck in the PCI-E bandwidth.

In short, yes it will work.
