direct3d not working

Hi I'm having problems with my graphics card I have the msi 7770 at the beginning everything was working good but after sometime I couldn't play gta iv was starting with d3d30 error I start looking for possibles reason n I tried to increase my core voltage n I couldn't do it is this probably because my cpu has a 350 w power supply n the recommend recommended is 450w or greater can somebody help me whit this I try to run son programs n it keep saying that direct3d not working

How have you connected the card?
If the power supply does not have a 6 pin PCI-E connector it's very unlikely it can power the card and is most likely the cause of your problems.

Yes it does I find one with the same description n I connected from there but I think that one is not giving it enough power to the card it was connected to the personal media driver so I think is that
