My PSU doesn't have an 8-pin it is the Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus 500w Power Supply (RS500-PCARD3-US).. I am looking to get a 760. The PSU has 5 4-pin connector.. The 760 needs a 6pin and an 8pin.. Would it work? Thanks..

Your post is very cryptic. I assume you are asking about the secondary connection to the motherboard. Some PSUs come with this connection as an 8 pin plug that can be separated into two 4 pin plugs for smaller MoBos that only take a 4 pin (mini-ItX MoBos usually do this). If your MoBo requires an 8 pin, just plug the two 4 pins correctly into the slot and you will be good to go.

Your power supply has a 6-pin PCI-E connector for the GTX 760, but it lacks the 8-pin PCI-E connector. You can use a Dual-Molex to 8-Pin PCI-E adapter like this one to provide the necessary power your graphics card requires.
