why no lawsuit ? very similar AMD non custom cooler cards

Weird right ? cause diamond is American company and Powercolor are chinese , i mean all of the above companies are not subsidiary, maybe a conspiracy ?

I do not think that there is any conspiracy. There is always a possibility that two or more manufacturers can resource some components from the same third party vendors. Depending on the common vendor's location and the manufacturer's own location, the overheads and logistical expenses can be different and can result in similar products being differently priced.

It might also be possible that two manufacturers may have different procedures of Quality control and that may reflect in price difference. I assure you I admire your observation and respect it but I still would not see it as something that can qualify for a lawsuit.
