I have upgraded My Lenovo 3000 N200 AUU from an Intel T2330 CPU to T9500 CPU (have Intel Chipset GM965) and added memory that runs up to 800 mhz, and upgraded from Windows XP x86 to Windows 7 64 bit, I get random crashes (not in safe-Mode though) and Speccy only gives me a Dram Frequency of 133 mhz. Can't figure how to resolve the crashes (upgraded the drivers) or how to get it to run at full potential (800 mhz) any thoughts would be appreciated.

if you placed diffrernt RAM modules, RAM will always operate at the lower value of any given module as failsafe.

Thus if u have 2 DIMMS, 4GB DDR3 1333 + 4GB DDR 2133 , the 8 GB will operate on 1333.

So to hit 2 stones with 1 rock, replace your 133 mhz with another 800 mhz, try to buy the same kind you purchased earlier and make your ram operate faster, and get the full potential and might solve the slowness issues as well.

I don't have a 133mhz loaded, I have 2 Data 2048mb loaded (DDR2 6400, 800mhz) maxed for my system. I have maxed all my components, CPU, Memory, etc. so I can get the Max out of my Laptop, but mysteriously running at Only 133mhz, don't know why, plus, only Windows 7 crashes, I can't figure out why, it keeps me wondering.
