Which CPU cooler to get for I5-4670k inside NZXT 820 Phantom?

Hello people, I am looking for the best performing CPU cooler for under 100$ AUD. It will be fitted inside the NZXT 820 Phantom http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=25_1510&products_id=21729

163mm clearance for CPU cooler (I'm using 20mm thick 200mm side fan). And all-so I am using Corsair Vengeance Pro 2133MHz 2X4GB kit http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=186_218_1125&products_id=23781

I would "Prefer" air cooling, though i am willing to go water cooling if i get significantly more cooling out of, lets say a Corsair H80i.
