Good low profile Graphics card?

At the moment, I have a 230w HP Pavillion Slimline Series s5-1020. I'm hoping to find a low profile graphics card better than my previous one in my other PC. Does anyone know a good graphics card that can run on 230w, that is better than NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT or ATI Radeon HD 3850? I can upgrade the supply to about 350w, hopefully.

its best if you upgrade it too 400W 350 will work too
