Yeah, you will get more performance out of the 7750. It's basically a 5770. Maybe about 2-3% slower

For gaming, both are NOT a good choice whatsoever. But, they're pretty much the same. GT 210 is newer, I would go for that.

What's your budget? If you're buying these because of PSU limitations, go for the Radeon 7750 or 7770.

What's your power supply wattage and model? You won't see an upgrade there buddy, it may actually be worse.
