What performance would I get on Skyrim?

I plan to play at 720p.

2GB DDR2 RAM
HD 7750 1GB GDDR5
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ 2.3GHZ
250w PSU

In the future with my measly 14 year old allowance I plan to make these upgrades:
Cooler Master 500 Watt PSU
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3.0GHZ (3.2 max)
2GB DDR2 RAM

I won't be buying games until my system is adequate. Eventually I will lose patience and dock into the Bay.

With my current config without the 7750 and with a 6450 I can just barely play at 1280x1024 on high with shadows set to medium, replacing msaa with fxaa, and AF off. You can't tell me that getting a card 5 times faster will not improve my performance. I'm just trying to keep a minimum of 25 fps here.

Pretty low settings, if it was me I would not invest in the other parts you listed unless your getting a killer deal. The cpu upgrade will only be slightly noticeable especially since they are both severely outdated. You need to have a minimum of 4GB of RAM but I would recommend 8.

Mow a few more lawns and get the AMD 6350.
