Is Zebronic 450w psu good?

There's an old, mostly obsolete tiered listing of PSUs that put Zebronic on the absolute bottom when it came to quality. Much like a Diablotek or Apevia, it is most likely a PSU-shaped object that is not safe to attach to computer components if there is any possibility it will be plugged into an A/C power source at the same time.
This may be different now if the unit bears some level of 80+ certification and you've confirmed at www.80plus.org that the certification is legit.

Any time a PSU is warrantied for 1 yr only - stay away from it.
I suspect das-stig is correct about it's quality.
