Hello im getting new rig and my original build supposed to be this:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K, Quad Core, 3.40GHz, 6MB, LGA1155, 22nm, 77W, VGA, BOX
MB: ASRock Z77 PRO3, Z77, DDR3-1600, 2xSATA3, RAID, HDMI, GBLAN, ATX
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 760, 2GB DDR5 (256 Bit), HDMI, DVI, DP Twin Frozr(or Gigabyte Windforce)
PSU: Corsair VS 550W ATX, 120mm
RAM: DDR3 Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB 1600MHz CL9 1.5V
CASE: COLOROVO AX-2001 | ATX, USB 3.0, HD Audio

But after calling to the place I was going to buy seems like they dont have Msi 760 gtx TF and it will be at least a week until they do. So my question is what about Asus 760 gtx: https://www.skytech.lt/gtx760dc2oc2gd5-asus-geforce-gtx-760-2gb-ddr5-p-156299.html or Msi is better? also theyll have Gigabyte soon https://www.skytech.lt/gvn760oc2gd-gigabyte-gvn760oc2gd-nvidia-geforce-gtx-760-pcie-2gb-gddr5-256bit-co-p-155952.html and last option is Ati - 7950 vapor-x. So what would be the best. Im planning using this pc ~3 years for 1080p and 1680x1050 for games with high/ultra settings.

Actually GTX 760 is slightly better, but I've seen HD 7950 has a good bundle of games (like Crysis 3, FC3 and so on). If HD 7950 w/ game bundles it will be better, but if for performance go with GTX 760 instead.

Both GTX 760 won't make much difference though

While I think you should get the gtx 760 it can be noted that in raw performance numbers the 7950 beats out the GTX 760. Some will argue that it will perform better over time due to the larger memory bus and extra RAM. I Like the 760 at 1080p as it is a much newer card and is priced well here in the US.

From the reviews that I have read that compare the ASUS to the Gigabyte and MSI the consensus has been that the MSI is the quitest, coolest solution with the Gigabyte nipping at its heels. The Gigabyte is the top performer of the three prior to further overclocking. Lastly, the ASUS is the smallest and can fit in smaller cases.

For me I would wait for the MSI or the Gigabyte. ASUS is a great company - I have a P8Z77M-Pro motherboard in my computer right now. You won't be disappointed in the performance of any of the cards but the other 2 can operate cooler or quieter. As an aside I also have 8GB of Crucial Ballistix Sport as well - Newegg was selling it for less than $50 on a shell shocker in March when I snagged it :).

So it looks like MSI is not possible any time soon, so I guess I'll go with gigabyte 760 gtx, since its cheaper by around 20$ in my country and looks like its faster and more quiet then asus.
