GIGABYLE 78LMT-USB3 60 degrees celcius, is that ok

I have a gigablyte 78lmt-usb3 motherboard and the temp gets to 60 degrees under load, i dont know whether this is my cpu because when i go on speedfan it only says temp 1, temp 2, temp 3, gpu, hdd. however when i go on CPUID HWmonitor it says that my cpu is 25-35 degrees idle, same with razer game booster. here are my pc specs:

*AMD FX 8320
*MSI GTX 660 TWIN FROZR EDITION III
*16GB 1600MHZ CORSAIRR VENGANCE MEMORY
*GIGABYTE 78LMT-USB3 MOTHERBOARD
*1TB 7200RPM HARD DRIVE
*ZALAMAN Z11 PLUS CASE
*750 WATT PSU

Make sure the fans are connected to the motherboard thru 3pin cnnectrs
The fans cannot b cntroled if they are cnnected to molex cnnctrs

yes thats my cpu thats at 60 degrees under heavy load, even then is that normal?
and overdrive doesnt let me control my fan speed, nor does speedfan or any other application that i can find, do you know of any other applications other than those two?
