I want to get another monitor for editing and gaming and such, and i want to hook it up via dvi. But i will get a dvi to hdmi adapter bcuz my 680 has two dvi ports and only one hdmi port. I have the Gtx 680 4gb. How will this affect its performance. I can always set my mobo to performance mode in the bios. But its not preferred that i do so. So what do you think will happen to the performance?
