About a week ago my computer started to make a weird beeping noise, or like a sort of clicking in the front of it. I custom built it a month ago and its been working just fine except for the weird buzzing/beeping sound.
I think it might be the hard drive if anything, but i performed a test with Hd tune and everything came back good.
What might be causing this sound and what does it mean for my computer?

Is the sound continuous, or only at certain times or under certain conditions?
Try to determine the source of the sound. Might it be a fan? The clicking could be the blades hitting, and a buzz might be from PWM control (if it has that).

It kinda happens randomly with 20 second to a minute intervals with each buzz. And its lasted up to 5 minutes. Today it started happening when i started my computer then stopped as i was writing this. I'll see if i can determine where exactly the sound is coming from when it starts happening again.

pop the side off your case - try to narrow it down. Fan is a possibility. So is a failing HD though...

It may be your graphics cards fan/fans hitting the rim of your card or a wire. If not its probably the hdd.
