I am unable to play any game for more than a few minutes. They all freeze, though a lot of times I can still hear sound playing, and then after a few seconds minimize and stop responding.

Sometimes after this happens I see a notification saying "display driver amd driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered", but I have removed and reinstalled my graphics drivers multiple times and it hasn't solved the problem. I also tried many of the solutions offered by AMD for the problem but they haven't worked either.

I've also tried using older versions of the drivers (same problem) and the beta version of it (instant BSOD on startup).

I've been using TechPowerUp GPU-Z and have some readouts from that.

The sections where everything is jumping up and down is when I'm trying to play a game.

OS: Windows 7 64-bit
CPU: Intel i7-4770
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87-HD3
16 GB DDR3 Ram
PS: NZXT HALE82N-SI 650W

Hmmm. You may want to try AMD's beta drivers for that card. I needed to do that a while back with my HD7970 in order to mine BTC with it. It's in another machine now, for games, and I don't recall which drivers it is using, but probably the beta there too.
