How about something more like the build below? The i7 is overkill for gaming (overclocked or not), the Sabertooth isn't worth the price, a 120GB SSD is a bit small and could frustrate you very quickly becoming full, and the PSU is a bit oversized. The build would be fine as-is, but I feel you could do a bit better...

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($199.99 @ Microcenter)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus Z87-PRO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($192.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($77.99 @ Newegg)
