i know haswell is out but im planning on overclocking anyway so i dont see the need to buy the new chip/motherboard

Get NZXT fans. And you will NOT need that many. Maybe one additional fan + the ones that come with the case.

Get a PSU from Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic.

Apevia is not a great brand and I wouldn't mess with their products. Get some of these. MUCH better/quieter fans: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835146015

will do. my friend did a cheap build and used an apevia case that ended up falling apart so i was a little worried about the fan build quality

I VERY highly recommend getting the new Haswell 4670K or an FX 8350 instead.
My reasoning behind the Haswell CPU is because Intel will probably use the same socket for a while making it significantly easier to upgrade in the future.
My reasoning for the FX 8350 is just that it is better, cheaper, and overclocks like a BEAST.
