To be honest, you dont need 16gb of RAM or an SSD. 8gb's is perfect, and all an SSD does is improve loading times. Also, why not go for an 3570k or an AMD 6300, or 8350 (you'd also need a different motherboard if you went for a 3570k or AMD CPU)? You'll save alot of money which could go on a better CPU cooler.

Hmm... I don't know, I've always been a little more biased towards intel CPUs, but I might change my mind. What's an AMD CPU that's equivalent to the i7 4770k? And how much does it cost?

The best AMD CPU is the 8350, it costs 193$

But does it have better performance than the i7 4770k? Because I'm going to use the computer for 3D animations and rendering which require a huge amount of processing power.
