This motherboard good with i5-4670k?

So I have found this motherboard and got a intel core i5-4670k. Is the motherboard compatible and good quality for this CPU?

Yes that is a good motherboard, from Asus who have sold the most motherboard units out of any other motherboard manufacturer. In regards to is it compatible, yes it is compatible.

That is a good MBO. I have an 8 year old PC with an asus board in it and it still works.

The MBO you have found has the highest end 1150 chipset on the market. So it's well suited for that CPU.
