Hey guys,

One of my friends is looking into a new pc for gaming. He doesn't have much money so the cap is at 500 at the lower the better. He will only be playing things such as LoL, Tera and other f2p games.

I will probably go with a Athlon x4 750k with a FM2-A55-G43. Is FM2 a dead socket? A Phenome x4 965 BE is also an option. I don't really feel an i3 is an option as it is to expensive and the 750k is able to oc.

For a Graphics card I was thinking of a 7770 or a 650ti(Not sure of his monitor res but def not over 1080p).

4gbs of ram from corsair or another reputable company.

Probably a 500gb wd blue or a 500gb seagate barracuda(w/e is cheapest atm)

For case i was thinking of nzxt 210 but I am open to anything really.

A 550w cheap but not cheap if you get what I mean for a psu. Just like to add a bit of head room in case of upgrades.

He has Win7, Keyboard, Mouse and a Monitor. So its basically a max of 500 for just the pc its self which isnt that bad to be honest and it should fill his needs pretty well. I think he is on a Athlon x2 +6000 with a 4850 and 2gb of ram so it will be a nice upgrade. I think quad core works for him since he has many programs open at once. I would have put in links but hardwareversand.com seems to be very slow. One more thing is that he lives in Sweden and I don't so if anyone knows any good sites there be sure to let me know.

Thanks guys!!

Go with something like this. In Euros, you should be coming up to 450 Euros or so. If you can, get a 760 instead and you should be good.

Thanks for the build but the thing is that its not just as simple as converting the currency. To build that desktop in europe it will come in at about $250+. I got arround €588. The US is allot cheaper. You would spend $575 where its $800+ in europe.
