OC i7-3770k @ 4.5 GHz, CPU cooler and other infos

So I'm gonna buy a new PC pretty soon, for now its only for gaming, but in on year or less, I might begin to use it for 3d modeling and other things like that too. I want to overclock at least the CPU first, and might want to overclock a few other things after that if its possible too. The build that I thought about was :

1st. So I wanted to know if the CPU cooler was enough to do the kind of overclocking that I want, or if maybe it was too much ?

2nd. Then, I also wanted advices about the PSU. I searched quite a bit on the web, and thought that this one might be good, but I'm not quite sure yet.

3rd. I thought about going for an i7-4770k instead of the i7-3770k. Is it really that much better ? I heard that Haswell was a bit hotter when overclocking, but I don't really know if it's that much. Going for Haswell would mean getting on the new 1156 socket which would mean more futureproof... right ?

4th. I'm also open to suggestions for changes on my build, if some of the other things that I decided to put in there aren't really that good.

Solution
if you go for the h 100 as that guy said get the 4770k instead with the 1150 mobo saves you from needed to up grade in a few.

sound cards are pointless unless your doing sound editing. just my opion get the cheapest memory with a heat sink at 1600+ they been out so long now that there all the same at 8 gig sticks.

I also agree with the 770 gpu over the 780(which is not the most powerful gpu... Titan?)
assuming you gaming at 1080p. if higher then the 780 is fine

Looks pretty good.

4770k requires the LGA1150 socket, and yes it runs much hotter. Getting to 4.5Ghz on air cooling is not that easy. Your chosen heatsink/fan should let you get to 4.5Ghz on the 3770k with room to spare.

Not 100% sure I would go with Adata for the SSD or EVGA for the powersupply. Would have to do some research on them. I usually recommend Samsung or OCZ on the SSD, and XFX for a 750W supply.

Sorry, yeah I messed up, its LGA1150 not 1156. I'm going to take a look at those Samsung and OCZ SSDs and those XFX PSUs.

Edit : So now it would be something like that.

I have the 3770K on a corsair H100 Liquid cooler and can get 4.6GHZ with temps runnning Battlefield 3 at about 70C. That Kind of OC on Air is probably not going to be Possible. you will need some sort of Liquid cooler for that OC. Also Why the GTX 780? Why not get the GTX 770? The 780 is $250 more and the performance isnt work the extra money. Plus for about $150 from the 780 you can get another 770 and put them in SLI. Idk just a thought.

I heard that the corsair H serie could not fit in my case. Maybe it was wrong ? Or if it's right, any advice on which liquid cooler to choose ?

Edit : The 780 is about 25% better, for... yeah, 50% higher price, but SLI is not really working well right now, right ? So rather get the best single GPU for that money.

I know that you have selected a best solution but i wanted to add that full tower case would fit a H100 fine but the H80I is smaller and should get the job done. Maybe look into getting the haswell 4770k instead as the ivy bridge socket is pretty much dead in the water.
