Which card specifically? What are your full specs? Power supply brand and model? Budget? Where are you buying from? We can't help unless we know all of that.

Hi,

Depends if you play games, if so at least 650 ti boost.

if you want to rum modern games at 1900 X 1080, you need to change cpu to at least core i5.

At med-low? He doesn't need to change the CPU, only at high. Also, the 7750 can still run at low-med at 60fps and high at 30fps. We can't judge anything until he gives us info.

My son games on a 460 and a 1080 screen so the 560 is not a bad card at all just depends how high you want the details set. 560 will run high settings on all but a few games.

You know, a budget would be great. Anyway, any PSU that comes with prebuilt PCs sucks 99% of the time, so you probably will have to upgrade it.
