I should buy a new power supply or the 7850 will work with the actual?

Also: I want to add 8 GB of ram

thats a junk psu. any psu advertising "70%" efficiency is junk. That's basically a 270W psu. While the hd 7850 will draw about 150W at stock under load... Unless you have a tiny power sipping cpu, there is no way that psu will work.

I don't know what cpu you have, this would be the min i would advise... basically if you have a 95W cpu or lower, this will work for you

If you have a cpu more power hungry then that, i would suggest this one.

You could fit just about any power supply in that case, so don't worry about what will work, as long as it's an ATX supply, you're in good shape, just watch the efficiency rating and the +12v Amperage rating when looking.
