missing graphic card

i bought a latop. it is written that has gt 650m but when i received it (laptop) the device manager is written that is only hd 4000 intel.then i tried to find it but without no results.even in the search of start menu dont recognise nvidia or ge force or even 650m .the seller is telling me to reinstall again .what to do.i am sorry if i make any mistakes on my writen i am very sad and nervous.THANKS

Whats the model number of the laptop? If the laptop uses nvidia's optimus graphics tech you'll need to get the correct driver from the laptop manufacture or enter the bios and disable the integrated and just use the dedicated card.

ok dont want to tell you where i bought it from cause dont want to make bad advert.after all can be my fall.approx 600-650 pounds.thanks for the help.i know about bios not much but i ll try to do it.i ll write again here if i need more help.thanks. by the way if i go in nvidia web page can they scan it at least to tell me do i have it or not.i tried with gpu-z as well but still it shows me only 4000hd.
